GAME Of The WEEK - Part II
Edmonton Oilers @ Ottawa Senators
Lalime and the Senators arrive back at the Corel Centre with a 4 game unbeaten streak (3-0-1), playing back-to-back games after winning Pittsburgh 3-0 last night. The Senators are 7-5 ATS this season playing back to back. The Oilers on the other hand just won an emotional game in Toronto by a 5-4 margin, and are looking to pick up another win on the road in Ottawa. The Oilers are playing their 2nd game on their 5 game road excursion. The Senators may have the better record - even the better home vs away record at 19-4-2-1, while the Oilers are 12-9-3-3 . However, the Oilers (albeit, without Smyth) still should keep this game competitve as illustrated by their recent meetings. The Edmonton Oilers play a very wide-open style fast-skating type brand of hockey and could pose trouble against the Senators. The Oilers are 6-1-3 in their last 10 meetings against the Senators. And no mention the Oilers are 4-2 ATS in their last six games overall. Salo vs Lalime. Should be a great game. The Sens winning streak ends tonight! I'll bet that the Oilers come out and play tonight and keep this game close! *gut feeling*
Edmonton Oilers +0.5 (+130)
--> Play this soon the line is quite juicy with the Oilers getting half a puck - which is a good chance it ends in a deadlock
